Got Ripe Avocados but tired of Guacamole?
RAW & PALEO AVO-CHOCO PUDDING
5 T Raw Cacao Powder (or Cocoa Powder)
2 cups Coconut Water, Fresh Coconut Juice, or even homemade
Almond Milk (See below)
1 Medium Ripe Avocado
12 Large Medjool Dates (soaked for 15 minutes)
1/8 tsp Ground Vanilla
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Sea Salt or Himalayan Rock Salt
Blend on High in a VitaMix or high speed blender until Creamy & Smooth
Warning: If you’re cracking open your own coconuts, BE CAREFUL. Best to have experience with a cleaver in the kitchen, or get a coconut tool from CocoJack
To Garnish: Add fresh, organic berries & cacao nibs. You can even add
