This refreshing drink is hight vitamins A, C, and B12, and is a good source of dietary fibre.

Can use fresh or frozen mangoes.

Substitute 1 cup (250ml) frozen mango chunks. Recipe courtesy of Dietitians of Canada Simply Great Food (Robert Rose).

1 cup (290ml) ripe mango peeled and chopped.

½ cup (125ml) low-fat plan or vanilla yogurt

½ cup (125ml) milk

Liquid honey (to taste)

½ cup (125ml) ice cubes

In a blender , on high speed, blend mango, yogurt milk honey to taste and ice for two minutes or until smooth

Serves: 2
